No-Knead Rolls
No-Knead Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3-1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 pkg. yeast and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put 1 c. water in large bowl.
Add butter, salt, and sugar. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. water plus a pinch of sugar.
Add to the bowl with other ingredients.
Beat 1 egg and milk together and add to the bowl.
Add flour to form stiff batter.
Cover and let rise 15-20 minutes.
Divide into muffin tins or form rolls.
Makes 18 rolls in tins or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
