Nissua
Nissua is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 pkg. dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Scald milk and butter in saucepan.
Pour over sugar and dissolve.
Mix yeast and water.
Add to slightly cooled sugar mixture.
Stir in cardamon, eggs and salt.
Add to this mixture flour, 2 cups at a time.
Cover and let rise.
Pour onto well floured surface.
Fold and knead.
Pour into greased loaf pans. Let rise again.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Upon removing from oven, rub top of loaf with butter.
Sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar.
Makes 3 to 4 loaves.
