New York Style Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 lb. cottage cheese, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 slightly beaten eggs and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese together until creamy. Add sugar and eggs.
On low heat, beat in cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.
Add margarine and sour cream.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into a greased and floured spring-form pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until firm at 325Β°.
Turn off heat. Let stand in oven for 2 hours.
Remove and cool completely. Refrigerate for several hours.
