Cream all of the cheeses together for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add all ingredients except sour cream (add eggs, one at a time).
Beat for 4 minutes more to blend all ingredients.
Fold in sour cream last.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour in a 10-inch spring-form pan that has been buttered and floured.
Let cool in oven 3 to 5 hours.
Do not open oven door until time is up.
