New Potatoes And Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 25 to 30 very small new potatoes, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. margarine, 4 tbsp. flour and 2 c. potato stock and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash and scrape or peel potatoes.
Place in saucepan with potatoes only half covered in water.
Salt and cover.
Cook 25 minutes or until tender.
Drain, saving 1/2 cup stock.
Melt margarine.
Blend in flour.
Cook about 1/2 minute.
Pour potato cooking water into 2-cup measuring cup and finish filling with milk.
Add butter and flour mixture.
Mix well.
Stir and cook until thickens.
Add salt, basil and pepper.
Add to cooked potatoes.
Add peas.
Heat 1 to 2 minutes.
Serves 8.
