New Orleans Green Rice
New Orleans Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Cook rice according to package directions, but add bay leaf to the cooking water.
When done remove the bay leaf. Saute green onion, white onion, parsley and celery in butter, in a large frying pan; cook slightly so celery stays crisp. Add cooked rice and blend together.
