Never-Fail Pie Crust
Never-Fail Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. unsifted flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/4 c. crisco shortening (solid), 1 egg and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix salt into unsifted flour.
Cut Crisco in flour with a flour blender knives.
Put egg, vinegar and water in a small jar a lid and shake well to mix.
Add liquid mixture to flour, forming a ball.
Divide into 3 to 4 portions. Shape each into a round slightly flattened "cake". Dough can be stored in individual bags indefinitely or frozen.
