Never Fail Meringue is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. boiling water, 3 egg whites, dash of salt and 6 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir together the cornstarch into boiling water in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Cover and cool.
Beat the egg whites and a dash of salt until foamy.
Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating well.
Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Beat into cornstarch mixture.
Put on top of baked pie and bake until brown in a 350Β° oven.
