Never Fail Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 3 tbsp. cold water and 1/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place sugar, unbeaten egg whites, cream of tartar and water in top of double boiler.
With eggbeater, whip briskly while cooking mixture over vigorously boiling water, but do not touch top of upper pan.
Whip until stiffly beaten.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
