Beat eggs. Mix garlic, salt and pepper to bread crumbs.
Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs.
Fry in pan until done (olive oil is best).
In large baking dish, place chicken, then tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, then Mozzarella.
Layer a little Parmesan on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
