Nevelle's Peanut Butter Cookies
Nevelle'S Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. enriched all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. soda, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. shortening and 2 c. sugar (can use small amount brown), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift flour once before measuring, then sift again with soda and salt.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and mix until smooth.
Add peanut butter, stir well, then add flour mixture.
Mix to a stiff dough and add vanilla.
Form into tiny balls and press onto greased cookie sheet.
Press with back of fork for design.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen small cookies.
