Nature Bread Stuffing
Nature Bread Stuffing is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. loaf wheat bread, torn, 2 c. chopped celery, 1 1/2 c. grated carrots, 1 c. chopped onion and 1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine celery, bread, carrots and parsley in a large bowl. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter.
Add seasonings and stir. Pour over bread mixture and toss lightly.
Add eggs and water and toss again.
Stuff turkey just before roasting.
Sufficient for 11 to 14 pound turkey.
Makes about 12 cups.
