Natchez Trace Pasta
Natchez Trace Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. white beans, soaked in water overnight, 1/3 c. vegetable stock, 2 red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips, 4 c. swiss chard, washed well and cut into 1/2-inch strips and 1 bay leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Rinse beans, put in saucepan and cover with 2 cups cold water. Add bay leaf and 2 cloves garlic.
Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to simmer.
Cook until tender, about 45 minutes.
Remove pot from heat.
