Nasi Goreng
Nasi Goreng is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 onions, chopped, 4 tbsp. oil, 2 tsp. soy or worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. curry powder and 4 oz. cooked meat, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Fry onions in oil until tender.
Add meat and cooked rice and stir until well mixed.
Add Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, salt and pepper; stir until hot.
Make well in center of rice and break eggs into it.
Stir eggs until partly scrambled; then mix rice into it.
Stir until well blended.
Serve on platter surrounded by 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced.
