Nanny's Pink Salad
Nanny'S Pink Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. chopped cherries, 1 c. crushed pineapple (juice too) and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix cream cheese with mayo.
Mix all other ingredients.
Last, add the whipped cream.
Freeze in square Pyrex 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch dish.
Serve on lettuce leaf after the salad is frozen. Cut it into squares.
Really good with chicken or turkey.
This may be served before freezing.
Reminds me of pistachio salad.
We like it best frozen.
