Nancy's Fancy Fudge
Nancy'S Fancy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. evaporated milk (5 fluid oz. can), 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 (7 oz.) jar kraft marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/3 to 3-quart saucepan.
Bring to a full, rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
Makes about 3 pounds.
