Arrange potatoes and onions in 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dredge pork chops in 3 tablespoons flour.
Fry in oil.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon flour.

Add milk and soup.
Pour over onions and potatoes.
Arrange pork chops on top.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes or until chops are tender.
