Nana's Banana Pudding
Nana'S Banana Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 4 eggs, separated, 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix sugar and flour in top of double boiler.
Mix in egg yolks and milk.
Mix well and cook until thick.
Add vanilla.
On bottom of dish, put a small amount of custard.
Cover with wafers.
Top with sliced bananas.
Pour custard over bananas.
Makes about 3 layers, ending with custard.
Top with stiff egg whites.
Bake at 425Β° for 5 minutes (optional).
Always slice bananas longways (Nana did).
