Nacho Beef Casserole
Nacho Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground meat, 1 (16 oz.) jar pace picante sauce (mild), 15 1/2 oz. can yellow hominy, drained, 1 tbsp. chili powder and 1/2 to 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350°.
Brown ground meat in a small amount of butter or margarine.
Drain grease.
Stir into ground meat the picante sauce, hominy, chili powder and water.
In an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch Pyrex dish, layer 1/2 of meat mixture, chips and cheese; repeat layer.
Bake 20 minutes in a 350° oven or until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
