Mystery Cheese Cake Pie
Mystery Cheese Cake Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 egg, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring and 1 unbaked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Spread over bottom of pie shell.
Arrange pecan halves on top of mixture.
In bowl, combine 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, Karo syrup, maple flavoring and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
Mix well and carefully pour over pecans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until done.
