My Own Thing Cake
My Own Thing Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. prepared rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin, 3 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 white or yellow cake mix, plus needed ingredients for mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut rhubarb into 1/2-inch slices.
Arrange in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and gelatin.
Top with marshmallows. Prepare cake mix with eggs, oil and water as directed on package. Spread batter evenly over marshmallows.
Bake at 350Β° for 50-55 minutes or until cake is done.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Turn out of pan upside down onto serving tray.
Serve with whipped cream.
