Combine sugar, corn syrup and milk in deep saucepan.
Stir fast with spoon until well mixed.
Cook without stirring until mixture boils up 4 times (each time remove from heat) or until forms a soft ball when dropped into water.
Remove from heat; stir fast.
Add chocolate and stir until almost melted.
Add nuts and raisins and stir until it takes shape and loses gloss.
Pour into greased pan or drop off from the spoon on wax paper.
Let cool (if poured into pan, break into pieces after cooled).
