My Mother's Swedish Spritz Cookies
My Mother'S Swedish Spritz Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. parkay margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs, beaten and 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream Parkay (must be Parkay) and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
Stir well.
Add sifted flour and work into smooth dough with hands.
When smooth, place in Spritz tube, using blade of your choice.
Cut or shape and place on slightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350Β° oven.
(I usually cut recipe in half.)
