In separate bowl, sift flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.

Add flour mixture to oil-sugar-eggs-vanilla mixture and blend well. Stir in coconut, carrots, pineapple and nuts.

Pour into greased/floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes until center of cake is firm to the touch.
