Mustard Sauce
Mustard Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 beaten egg yolks, 1/2 can campbell's tomato soup, 1/2 c. salad mustard, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler and cook until thick, stirring frequently.
Can be served either hot or cold with baked ham.
This has been a holiday "must" in our family since the early 1950's.
It will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
