Mustard Sauce
Mustard Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, well beaten, 1 c. half and half, 1 tsp. bitters and 3 tbsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar and mustard together.
Place in saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
Cook very slowly, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles, then continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
Makes quart of sauce.
Keeps well and may be frozen.
Sauce is good with fish, ham and corned beef.
