Mustard Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. ground mustard, 1 c. salt, 1 gal. vinegar and whole cucumbers (2 to 3 inches long), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Use whole cucumbers or slice large cucumbers lengthwise.
Wash and dry pickles.
Put in crock or gallon jar.
Mix ingredients into cold vinegar and pour over pickles.
