Mustard 'n Herb Sauce
Mustard 'N Herb Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large egg, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. champagne mustard, 1/2 c. fresh parsley, trimmed and 1 tbsp. lemon dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Use blender to mix egg and champagne mustard with blender on high speed.
Add oil in a thin stream until mixture thickens. Turn off blender and add parsley and lemon dill.
Blend again until sauce is pale green.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
