Mustard Baked Chicken
Mustard Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 48 minutes. Mix maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice and salt together.
Spoon over skinned chicken pieces.
Let stand at least 24 hours or overnight in sealed container.
Melt margarine and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
I use a glass pan.
Pour over sauce.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, then turn oven up to 400° for another 20 to 30 minutes.
Every 15 minutes, baste chicken with sauce.
I serve the sauce to dip chicken in while eating.
Depending on chicken pieces, I even stretch sauce to cover 4 pieces of chicken.
Also, when using plain maple syrup, I add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey.
Serve with rice pilaf.
