Mushroom Sauce
Mushroom Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 1/2 c. water and 1/4 c. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In pan, saute mushrooms in oil for 5 to 6 minutes.
In 1/2 cup water, dissolve cornstarch and turmeric.
Add minced garlic, salt and 1 cup water.
Bring to a boil.
Add slowly now 1/2 cup mixture of cornstarch and turmeric.
Stir as adding and boil about 2 minutes.
