Mushroom Rice Casserole
Mushroom Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. raw long grain rice, 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, 1 medium onion, quartered and sliced thin, 1 can chicken or beef broth and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In 10-inch skillet, brown dry rice.
Pour into medium casserole dish.
In same skillet, melt margarine.
Saute onions, mushrooms and seasonings until onions turn transparent.
Add broth and stir continuously to boil.
