Mushroom Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. swiss cheese, grated, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms, 1 tbsp. butter and 9-inch deep dish pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute mushrooms in butter.
Place cheeses and mushrooms in bottom of pie shell.
Beat eggs, cream and seasonings.
Pour egg mixture into shell.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
