Mushroom Muffins
Mushroom Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. mushrooms, finely chopped or canned, 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Fry mushrooms lightly in 2 teaspoons of butter.
Drain.
Sift dry ingredients and mix in Cheddar cheese.
In a bowl, mix together the beaten egg, melted butter, milk and mushrooms.
Add dry ingredients to the liquid mixture.
Pour into muffin pan and bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 375Β°.
Serve warm with salad or soup.
