Mushroom Melody
Mushroom Melody is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. your favorite mushrooms, cleaned, 6 cloves garlic, chopped or minced, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley and 1/4 c. cooking wine (white or rose), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large skillet at a medium heat, simmer oil, chopped mushrooms, garlic, parsley, lemon pepper, salt, basil and butter. Stir until mushrooms are golden and tender.
Add wine and shortly after sprinkle flour.
Mix well.
Cook over low heat for five minutes.
Add a splash of wine.
Serve over linguini cooked according to package.
This is also delicious over tender veal.
