Mushroom Meatballs
Mushroom Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 c. crushed dry bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 1 tbsp. parsley, cut fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Measure out 1/4 cup soup.
Combine with hamburger, crumbs, onion, parsley and egg.
Shape into 16 meatballs 1 1/2-inch in diameter.
Brown in butter in skillet.
Blend remaining soup with water and pour over browned meatballs.
Cook ingredients over low heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
