Mushroom Macaroni
Mushroom Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 2 tbsp. oil, 1/4 lb. butter and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Saute onions and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon oil and 3 tablespoons butter for about 15 minutes.
Add another 3 tablespoons butter and stir until melted.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk.
Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and the cayenne.
Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in macaroni and 2 tablespoons parsley.
Put in a 2-quart casserole.
Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon oil and the melted butter.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake until browned, about 25 minutes.
