Mushroom Casserole
Mushroom Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 c. onion, sliced and 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

From bread and cut into cubes; saute mushrooms, onions peppers butter.
Combine mayonnaise, mushroom soup, eggs, milk and salt.
Grease a 2 quart casserole.
In bread cubes.
Mix everything else together and pour over bread. Mix gently.
