Murphy Irish Bread

Mix in large bowl flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cream in a small bowl margarine, sugar, egg and buttermilk.
Add wet ingredients gradually to dry to form a stiff batter.
Fold in raisins, currants and caraway seeds.
Turn into a greased cast-iron skillet.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
Test with toothpick.
Turn out of pan immediately after removing from oven.
