Mulled Cider
Mulled Cider is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. fresh apple cider, 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar, 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks and 1/2 tsp. whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all of the ingredients in a large pan.
Bring to a boil, then simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Strain spices from mixture and discard.
Return cider to pan and keep warm until ready to serve.
(I use crock-pot to keep warm.)
