Muenster Chicken
Muenster Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 2 eggs, 1 c. italian bread crumbs, 1 c. sliced mushrooms and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut chicken into 1 to 2-inch squares. Soak in beaten eggs for 45 minutes. Coat with bread crumbs and brown in margarine or oil. Place in single layer in baking dish.
Cover with mushrooms and add chicken broth.
Place cheese slices over all. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 minutes, covered, and 10 minutes, uncovered.
