In a large pot, heat vegetable oil.

Add sauteed onions.

Roll fish that you have cut up into 3-inch pieces in flour.

Place into pot with onion.

Cook on medium heat until slightly brown, turning once.

Mix catsup and water together and pour into pot.

Pour water off of potatoes into a bowl with catsup and stir up and add this to meat pot.

Add potatoes to stew.

Add minced garlic, bell pepper and hot sauce.

Simmer.

Serve over plain rice.
