Ms. Owens' Potato Casserole
Ms. Owens' Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, diced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 c. grated sharp cheese, 1 c. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook potatoes in salted water.
Mix well with cheese, soup, onion and sour cream.
Put in greased casserole.
Melt stick of butter and pour over top.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Can add mushrooms, meat, celery seed, parsley and pepper for variety.
