Mrs. Turner's Crab Casserole
Mrs. Turner'S Crab Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 1 pt. milk, 1 medium onion, 3 hard-boiled eggs and 4 c. crab meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Make sauce with flour, butter and milk.
Saute butter with bell pepper and onion.
Add pepper and onion to sauce.
Mix mayo, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, crab meat and salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350Β° until brown.
