Mrs. Tran's Fried Rice
Mrs. Tran'S Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped, 3 tbsp. oil and 1/2 c. green peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Scramble eggs in butter and set aside.
In wok or large frypan over medium heat, saute onion in oil until transparent.
Add vegetables, and cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
Add sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
Add rice and cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until all food is hot.
Chop up scrambled eggs; mix in and serve.
