Mrs. Harry M. Schoppert's Broccoli Casserole
Mrs. Harry M. Schoppert'S Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all together saving 1/2 of cheese to put on top.
Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Before putting in oven, spread rest of cheese on top.
You can add almonds on top too, if you want.
Can be prepared a day or 2 ahead.
