Mrs. Burch's Cathedral Window Cookies
Mrs. Burch'S Cathedral Window Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 2 well beaten eggs, 1/2 c. (fine) chopped pecans and 10 1/2 oz. pkg. colored miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Slowly melt together chocolate chips and butter.
Remove from heat and add eggs.
Mix thoroughly.
Add pecans, cool.
Then add marshmallow; stir well, to coat.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on three pieces of wax paper.
Divide mixture into three parts, put a part on each paper and stretch the mixture into a long small roll.
Put some sugar on top of each roll to cover completely.
Roll waxed paper around mixture and refrigerate until firm, several hours, or overnight.
Slice to serve.
