Mozzarella Crostini
Mozzarella Crostini is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf thin french bread, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, 3/4 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped, 1/3 c. marinated dried tomatoes (with some oil), finely chopped and 1 clove garlic, crushed in garlic press, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat broiler.
Arrange bread slices on baking sheet.
Cut slices of Mozzarella cheese (1 for each slice of bread and place on each).
