Mouth Watering Chili
Mouth Watering Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. dried red kidney beans, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soak beans overnight; rinse.
In a large pot, add enough water to cover beans by at least 2-inches. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium.
Add browned ground beef, drained, and next 10 ingredients.
Cover and simmer slowly for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Add more hot water as needed, 1 cup at a time. Slowly add 1 cup of cool water to cornstarch. Add to simmering beans, 1/2 cup at a time, until thickened to preference.
Freeze leftover chili for a quick meal another night.
