Moussaka
Moussaka is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium eggplants, 2 medium onions, chopped, 2 tbsp. minced parsley, 1 c. water and 1/2 c. tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown the ground round or sirloin and finely chopped onion with olive oil.
When well browned, add water, tomato paste, parsley, butter, salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour or more until paste is thickened.
