Mound Cake
Mound Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 layer) pkg. chocolate cake mix, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 (12 oz.) can cream of coconut, 8 oz. whipped topping and 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare and bake cake mix using package directions for a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Pierce holes in top of cake with fork.
Combine sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut in bowl; mix well. Pour over cake.
Cool completely.
Spread with whipped topping; sprinkle with coconut.
Chill overnight.
